John is probably the most honest mechanic in Santa Clarita! I took my truck in because the suspension was squeaking. He told me the leaf springs needed to be replaced. He called SCV Frontier Toyota who informed him my truck had a recall for new leaf springs. John told me to take it to Frontier and they'd replace it free of charge. My family has gone to them for their last couple trips to the mechanic, and G&M Auto is so much more reasonably priced than previous mechanics. Also, the rest of the crew there is incredibly helpful and friendly! John takes care of his customers and is a man of integrity!

I was having my old Jetta towed to another shop for a radiator replacement, but the driver said he bet he knew a place that would charge me less. I was hesitant because I've been taken advantage of plenty of times, the joys of being a girl and constantly mechanic hopping.. the entire time I've had this car I've had issues with the coolant leaking, particularly when I would turn the a/c on or have to use the defroster. You'd think after 5 repairs I wouldn't still be afraid to turn my air on in the middle of July. Anyway, John gave me a call after I had it towed to G&M instead and said he would do an inspection on it first to make sure it was the radiator that was leaking. He called later to confirm and gave me a price that was about $90 lower than what the other shop was going to charge me. After they started work on it he gave me another call and said they had found another problem- the a/c condenser(compressor? one of those) was also bent and they couldn't get the new radiator in without replacing the condenser as well. I wasn't thrilled about dropping a grand on my lil hunk of junk, but I held out hope they were being honest and this was the root of the problem I've had for 2+ years. After doing some Googling(I'm one of those) I discovered this was probably the root problem of the leaks and overheating. John certainly gave me a great price and charged minimal labor for both jobs, because I was in a bind. I appreciate that he kept in constant communication with me and gave me an estimated window for when it'd be ready for pickup.

John and his team are excellent. They are honest and do the job right the first time. They are well priced for the quality work they do. I have referred a few friends to him and they love his work. Highly recommended.

Greg and his guys are amazing, professional and efficient. As a woman, I can't emphasized the importance of finding an organization that will be honest with you. Have to share how safe I felt working with Greg and his guys. If you need work done, not just tires, I give them 2 thumbs up!

What can I say but fantastic!!! Very clear about my issues. Helped me prioritize what was most important and needed to be done first. Kept in continuous contact. Sent me pictures to verify before decisions were made. Bret stayed late when I thought there was a problem after picking it up and john the technician came all the way back after closing to help me knowing that I needed the car for a trip in the morning. I am thankful for their knowledge and customer service!!! Hard to find a place like this in this day and age!!
